Well its been a LONG weekend and now I'm doing the split shift at work...meaning I get to come home for 4 hours for "lunch". This last weekend was the 4th of July...Independance day...whoo who! Me and the Dew went to visit my dad. It was good and bad all at the same time. For some reason (PMS maybe?) I just couldn't handle my dad this weekend. I had a VERY short fuse and he kept pissing me off. Normally his rantings and ramblings are easily ignored, but not this weekend. Oh well he seemed happy to see me, and sent me home with more stuff. I finally was able to bring my antique sewing machine home. Its one of the original electric Singers that is attached to a table. Its really cool, but until now we didn't have anyway to bring it home, since we just had a small car, and it wouldn't fit.
I took some pretty pictures while i was there. I took a few of the chickens and the barn swallows, and some of the scenary. There is an awesome veiw of the mountains from the farm. We took the scenic route home, so I have some pretty pictures of that too. *phew* so last night we went to see the fireworks and I filled my digital camera, much fun ;). ha! We walked there and back so my knee is hurting again....bleh! and when we got home we didn't get to sleep till after midnight because the damn neighbors kept lighting off their own illegal fireworks *grumble* Early bed time for me tonight. I'll post some pictures
